seriously man, this thumbdrive of mine has given me a few nearly-severe heart attack. this is all due to the previous one being missing, and my dad being unhappy and me feeling guilty for being so irresponsible! i hate bringing my thumbdrive to school because i feel that i can be quite careless at times - and i tend to forget where i put my things, so yeaa..

and whenever i cant find my thumbdrive inside my pencil case, where i usually put it, i'll start to panic and my heart will beat very fast because i dont want my dad to say that i think he prints money or something. i dont think i'm someone who takes advantage over money, well okay maybe sometimes i tend to be like that - but purely unintentional ok. i dont go around being nice to people so that i can get things for free. when people pay for my things, i just dont feel right sometimes. but God bless them for their generosity! may they be blessed with more rezeki.. ;)

alright, i should really be doing something for my Q&A which i feel so unprepared for laaa.

i can get out of my house as late as 7.25 and still reach school on time.

i woke up at 11am today.
i hate waking up late.
it gives me headache.
i know that 11am is quite early for some people la, but i guess i'm too used to being nagged at whenever i wake up late by accident.
it's not that i want to, i just couldnt wake up.
maybe my body just wanted to make up for the lost of sufficient sleep over the past few weeks.

my feet are aching from over-wearing my heels for the past two days. (thankfully no blisters)
my brother called me "minah raya". gosh. talk about insult of all insults. hurhur nah kidding.
not that i'm approving the nickname he's labelled me.
but i've been out for raya with the friends more than i have before in previous years.
that's because i no longer have ONLY the OPSS friends, but also the YJC friends.
i cant be going out with only one of the group right?
so that explains the total of three hari raya outings with 2 sets of friends.

so.. i enjoyed myself very much during the two consecutive days of raya outings with 2 different groups of people. if i were to talk about what happened from the beginning, i dont think i'll be able to finish. heh. so i guess i'll just sum up the important points.(ringkasan)

on friday, we went to a total of 7 houses! had a lot of walking. things started to get better towards the later part of the day. we ate at practically every house, namely mala's(nasi briyani!!), shikeen's(keema and bread!), diy's (mee goreng!), ruzaini's(nuggets!) and hafiszah's(laksa!!).. hehe. that's like 5 out of 7 houses. reached home at 10++. mother not very happy.

yesterday, went to 9 houses! walked a lot as well. ATE A LOT too. we ate spaghetti at munyra's and safarina's houses, fried bee hoon at fadly's house, bread and soup at ashyura's house, noodle soup + fried lontong + rice + rendang + sambal goreng at my house and mee soto and cocktail at hafyzza's house. :D all so nice seh. i think i gained a few kilos in just two days. :/ my mom cooked a lot because her friends came for lunch yesterday. and also because my friends were coming la. heehee. cabbed home from hafyzza's house because it was kinda late and we're quite exhausted la.

looks like i cant go back to OPSS tomorrow.
so disappointing, but it's okay la.
i wish Mr Low Eng Kee all the best in his future endeavours after retirement.
oh and Mrs Ng too - though i havent been around YJ for too long to actually know what kind of person she really is.

well, Mr Low has been the Principal of OPSS since it first started and i feel privileged now, to have been under him during my secondary school days. I never thought i'd actually say this when i was still in sec sch, but.. I miss Mr Low's lectures and words of wisdom. They were truly motivating and inspiring. At some point of time, his words just make me want to continue persevering. Onward and Persevere is after all OPSS's school motto. ;) So yea, I'm quite sad i wont be able to come for tomorrow's surprise.. but i guess there are other commitments that i have to commit to like PW and MALAY. well, we cant always get what we want right? cliche cliche..

my OP's on next thursday. after that.. intensive studying or something. i've nothing much against it la, i'm trying to be understanding towards the school's policies and implementations. i know that some schools started their holiday already and stuff.. some are celebrating their last day of school tomorrow. well, i'm not in those schools what.. so i've to endure the YJ style of doing 'what's best for us'. hurr.

OH one more thing. let me share with those who do not know what mr low said which motivates me and most of us(i think).

alright, just got back home from visiting meenachi's newborn baby.
now who's this meenachi you might ask? (er i dont think so. lol)
she's none other than my second cousin - kakak ayu! :D
omgsh the baby's so sooo adorable! k, DUH la.
i bet he'll be MORE adorable when he's a few months older or smth.


and in the afternoon, i was awoken from my once-in-a-while-afternoon-naps by the chit-chatting in the living room. my grandaunt and granduncle and their granddaughter came to visit! and oh gosshhh that Aqilah girl is sooooo cute!!!!!!

omgsh, issit like the baby boom season now or what?!
people are giving birth like crazy in my family!
hahahah

i had something that i wanted to say just now, but i kinda forgot what la.
hmm oh yeah, i wish there's only tutorials all the time, and not lecture - for chemistry.
it's SO MUCH easier to understand la.
but i guess we have to accept the fact that life's like that. we can't always get the good things. it's not that we have much choice in life - sometimes.

aiyo my contact lens is like absorbing all the moisture in my right eye la. so dry, so irritating. okay byee!

hehe. i forgot to blog about last friday lah. so the yj gang went for raya visiting last friday. we officially met up at around 5 or so. heh. i went to 3 houses only, including mine. because my mom told me we're going to my aunt's place, so i couldnt continue visiting with them to shahrool's and faiz's place. in the end, we didnt go to my aunt's place. sigh, oh well. but nvm la, hope to continue the visiting another time, which im not sure when yet. hrmm. some said that monday is an unsuitable day since OP is around the corner. so.. yea i dunno la.

so anyways, on friday, we met up at bishan and went to nurul's house first. and we ATE. heehee. oh oh! Bus no. 54 is, ok i dont mean to be jakun or what but, IT'S SO UNIQUELY COOL. like it's basically white and red inside and the seats are different from other buses. it feels like we're in a bar or limo or smth. heh. after nurul's house, we had to travel a long journey to haziq's place but it was okay. (*read haziq's blog. at least we got to pray. hahah) and there were dogs at almost everyone's houses, so funny. lol. next we headed to my house and well, yea that's the end of the day for me. hurr. i heard they walked through yishun park to get to shahrool's house. so fun. aww man.



on saturday, went to several houses with the family, minus my brother - who's taking his O's now. collected quite a sum of money. wheee~! we headed to the last house at night - my cik cah's house! we rested and did our prayers and stuff aaaand.. went to parkway parade! my all time favourite shopping centre. lol. then my aunt bought me a top from dorothy perkins. ahh i love it. after that we chilled at McCafe. yeah so that was what basically happened on saturday.- not that anyone cares. hurhur.
sunday - did pw la what else. hehe. okay i think i blogged about that like, yesterday or smth.


you know what. it's sickening to whine every single time. i feel like i'm always complaining. it's irritating and i dont understand why i always do that. maybe it has become a habit over time. in actual fact, i dont really care about what i complain. i just complain. and the story stops there. weird.

preparing for OP can be fun! :D
today's PW meeting with my group is the bestest ever because i think this is by far the most productive meeting ever.
we finalised our slides and scripts. we even rehearsed about once or twice. ;)
PLUS we ate A LOT A LOT A LOOTTT.
and we laughed A LOT too.
omgsh i really had fun just now.
we met at about 9.30am(plus minus) and finished everything at about 7pm!
that was the longest we ever stayed together - i think!
hahah.
now, when can we do that again?
riiight...
so i hope we'll just have to practise everyday and get A for pw or smth - hopefully.




shahrool missed out quite a bit la because he left early.

aww man, shouldn't have left my malay compo homework last minute la. now i can only sleep at about 12 or smth. tskk.

like i failed my paper 2 - one lesser mark and i'll get a U for it.
depressing.
luckily my paper wasnt THAT bad, which means it's still QUITE bad, so i passed paper1 and 2 overall with an E grade, thanks.

wow geez, promos is finally over! can celebrate huh? - not!
oh well, i guess i just have to accept the fact that life as a student is not so much fun and games.
there's so much sacrifices that we have to make to secure a good future? hmm i guess.
well maybe i can accept the fact that even though promos is over, we still need to study for next year - if we manage to go up that is, hopefully. BUT i can accept that i am unable to plan ahead. i mean like, i just NEED to know what's going to happen for the rest of the weeks. for now, only the timetable for tomorrow till next thursday is available. what's going to happen after that? you see how important it is to know? because there seems to be so many plans that needs to be made. it just doesnt seem right if i dont go out for raya especially with the family, secondary school friends and now the jc friends. thankfully there's one month. but there's only about 2-3 weekends left since weekdays are packed, damn it. gahh, you now what? forget it! i'm just going to go with the flowww.... :D

to think that hari raya this year would be dull - with my dad working and all. boy was i wrong. in fact, ive never enjoyed raya as much as this year's! i like it when there's SO many relatives meeting at one house at one time. and their reactions on certain things, they can be really amusing! the AJs, my family, my aunty and kakak sedare went visiting together. what a waste la, we missed the Darkes. we waited for nas, fifa & co for like 3 hours man. they came to my house only after we reached Tampines.

even though i got to visit 4 houses only and dont get as much money as the previous years, i still feel very delighted la. it feels like a true celebration. like a really deserving one. +++PLUS+++ there were THREE BABIES la! omg NAWFAL, ADYAN AND ALISHA! i looovvveeee babies! hahah

SO MISLEADING. you people just LOOOVE giving us false hopes right? bringing our morales down! and making our lives miserable! burning our pockets and destroying the EARTH!!! you think what? my father print money and make papers issit?! i feel SO bad using up like ALL THE PRINTER INKS and PRINTING OUT HUNDREDS of papers just for PW! maybe i should ask my group members to contribute money to buy our OWN papers and INKS. ggahhhhh. and BOTH my printer inks are LOW all because of PW. eeeeeeeeeee. and the binded copy!? ARGHH. $3.50 ---> -flies away- hari raya is burnt on school for 2 consecutive years already. it will be burnt again next yr for the A's if i get promoted. maybe it's just luck that hari raya happens to fall at this period of time. well, i guess everything bad that happens will be replaced with the good. everything happens for a reason. yup. let's just think positive. ahh i dunno what to think already lah. bye!

GP paper seemed manageable.
i wrote about blogging. oh man, i had difficulty crafting out all the points, but it's over anyways. let's just wait till november for the results.. soo looong. oh well.
MT Paper 1 was okay too i HOPE because i used 3 papers!that's like 4pages plus! usually, i went as far as 1.5papers. heh. well that doesnt mean that ill score full marks or smth la, right. hahah
MT paper 2 was a bit challenging. but bahhs i dont wanna talk about it la.
overall, i completed everything, Alhamdulillah! eheheh
